- Which integrations are required?
- Read-only access to Klaviyo and site analytics — PostHog, Amplitude, Clarity, or Google Analytics. Setup takes 1–2 days.
- How long does the diagnostic take?
- The first retention report and loss map — within 3–4 weeks after connecting sources. A full cycle with PRD/BRD — about one month.
- How much does it cost?
- Retention diagnostic — €4–6K. Change design with PRD/BRD — €8–12K. Support — €3–6K per month. The exact amount depends on data volume and SKU count.
- How do I join the waitlist?
